Mission: Unban

OK, so it turns out I was permabanned as GandWuser. The e-mail said that there was no appeal process. HOWEVER, I know one exists (or at least did in the past). SMBB mentioned it to me about when he got banned. So let's try to get me unbanned.

Here's how I see it:

Start a petition
People join it
An admin or EA guy sees it
They consider it, due to a past event involving stuff like this
They say yes
I'm unbanned.
???
PROFIT!

Any questions/objections?

The CS team is garbage. They wont unban anything. I got a week's ban for saying "When I buy a Dr. Pepper and the site tells me my code has been used, I'm going to send you a virus that destroys your computer. kthanksbai.". During that week, I emailed them asking what the problem was with that. They told me they needed my name, persona, zip code, registration key, and date of birth. I said "No you don't. Just tell me why I'm suspended.". Then they told me what I already knew saying that i was suspended for the above statement, and that if I do it again, I could be permabanned. Eventually after arguing with them that they didnt answer my question, I finally got it out of them that they suspended my account without a full investigation on the matter. Jerks. And by the time I got my answer, my suspension already ended.

Fail. Not to mention that they don't even check what they delete. So there goes a whole thread because some troll reported the thread for a nonsense reason. (IE, I herd that this OP likes mudkipz)

TV Tropes usually only has one a page. On that page, it was some guy at a chalk board.

Well, if he thought it was porn, he wouldn't click on it. I wouldn't either. I'm not agreeing with his decision to report it without even asking what it really was, but it was justified on some level.

Anyway, that's all in the past now... the important thing is, we need to get you un-banned. Has anyone created a petition topic yet?

How about we one of us makes an "Un-ban GandWuser!" creation,but not upload it. Then that person would hand out the .png for it and we would all upload it at the same time and uprate each others so that they would all be on the MPN at the same time.

Although I agree that the content isn't really bad, and the CS team were idiots for not even checking what they ban people for, Gand really should have thought it through better.
