This is the Police Department. I, Jelliphish, run things around here. I'm not entirely sure what it is that I do as the RLS Police Officer, but I earned this title by flipping out on some guy talking trash on RLS in our home turf. So yeah. Don't get on my nerves. You'll regret it.
